Welcome to the advertising rules and regulations page for Foodex Iran. Our goal is to create a healthy and efficient environment for advertising in the food and beverage industry. By following these guidelines, we ensure the best service for both advertisers and users.<\/span><\/p>

Definitions:<\/strong><\/h2>

Advertiser:<\/strong> Any individual or company looking to promote their product or service on the Foodex Iran digital platform.<\/span><\/p>

Advertising Content:<\/strong> All promotional content submitted for display on the Foodex Iran digital platform.<\/span><\/p>

General Advertising Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>

All advertisers must adhere to the following conditions:<\/span><\/p>

Advertising content must be relevant to the food and beverage industry.<\/span><\/p>

Ads must comply with current national laws and regulations.<\/span><\/p>

Allowed and Prohibited Content:<\/strong><\/h2>

Allowed Content:<\/strong> Ads related to food products, beverages, equipment, and related services.<\/span><\/p>

Prohibited Content:<\/strong> Ads containing offensive, unethical, illegal material, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights.<\/span><\/p>

Advertiser Rights and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of their advertising content.<\/span><\/p>

Advertisers must comply with intellectual property and privacy laws.<\/span><\/p>

Advertisers must provide up-to-date and accurate content.<\/span><\/p>

Advertisers should avoid misleading information or false advertising.<\/span><\/p>

Review and Approval of Ads:<\/strong><\/h2>

All ads must be reviewed and approved by the Foodex team before being displayed.<\/span><\/p>

Approval results will be communicated to advertisers within 24 hours.<\/span><\/p>

Ads that do not meet Foodex standards will be returned to the advertiser for revision.<\/span><\/p>

Liability Limitations:<\/strong><\/h2>

Foodex is not responsible for the accuracy and impact of the advertising content.<\/span><\/p>

Foodex does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.<\/span><\/p>

Payment and Refund Terms:<\/strong><\/h2>

Advertising fees must be paid online through secure gateways.<\/span><\/p>

Refund requests due to non-compliance or dissatisfaction will be reviewed according to Foodex policies.<\/span><\/p>

If an advertiser changes their mind within three days after signing the contract and making the payment, 30% of the amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.<\/span><\/p>

Changes to Rules and Regulations:<\/strong><\/h2>

Foodex reserves the right to update these advertising rules and regulations at any time.<\/span><\/p>

Significant changes will be communicated to advertisers via email or platform notifications.<\/span><\/p>

Dispute Resolution:<\/strong><\/h2>

Any disputes between advertisers and Foodex will be resolved through friendly negotiation.<\/span><\/p>

If no agreement is reached, the matter will be referred to the competent judicial authorities.<\/span><\/p>
