About Ferz
Ferz is an Iranian confectionery brand specializing in the production of bubblegums, chewing gums, chocolates, and ready-to-eat jellies, owned and operated by Davoodi Food Industries. Founded in 1999 by Jafar Davoodi Mehr on a 5,341-square-meter industrial site in Phase 1 of Parand Industrial City (Tehran Province), the facility initially launched with production lines dedicated to novelty and chewing gums. The company later expanded its manufacturing scope by commissioning chocolate and chocobar lines in 2004, followed by ready-to-eat jelly production lines in 2008.
The Ferz product portfolio encompasses a diverse range of confectionery items across bubblegums, dragée chewing gums, chocolates, and jellies. In the bubblegum segment, the brand produces novelty and fruit-flavored gum balls packaged in cardboard bottles, jars, and blister packs—including Truffle Ball, Party Mix, Pop Ball, Fireball, Paintball, Rainbow, Tattoo, Melon, and sports-themed varieties. Its chewing gum and dragée lines are offered in box, canister, and strip formats across flavors such as ice mint, peppermint, strawberry, tropical, and tutti-frutti. Alongside its gum products, Ferz manufactures cocoa-coated chocobars, coconut chocolate bars, hazelnut and peanut nougats, honey-sesame bars, and ready-to-eat jelly desserts.
Davoodi Food Industries operates its manufacturing plant, microbiological and chemical quality control laboratories, and central sales office in Parand Industrial City. Raw material sourcing and product formulation undergo continuous laboratory testing and sensory evaluation at the facility. The brand distributes its products nationwide through regional food distributors and wholesale networks across Iran, while also supplying export markets across the region.
