FilFil is a specialized Iranian condiment brand focused on avocado-based sauces, dressings, and dips, owned and operated by Aftab Talayee Persian Manufacturing and Trading Co. (Private Joint Stock). Registered as an official trademark in 2019 (Registration No. 347544), the brand was launched to introduce a line of table sauces and salad dressings formulated with natural avocado puree for both retail consumers and foodservice operators.
The FilFil product portfolio comprises over 14 distinct varieties across standard and vegan-certified product lines. Its range includes Avocado Mayonnaise, Avocado Caesar Dressing, Creamy French, Thousand Island, Italian Recipe, Turkish Recipe, German Tomato, Pesto, Honey Chili Thai (Honey-Q), Mustard BBQ, Caramelized Onion (Caramello), Spicy Burger Sauce, Cheddar Cheese Sauce (Regular and Spicy), and hot pepper sauces (Turkish Biber and Jalapeño). These products are packaged in various bottle و jar formats (including 180 g, 270 g, 325 g, 380 g, 410 g, and 430 g sizes) tailored for salad dressings, sandwiches, pasta, and dipping applications.
Manufacturing for FilFil is carried out at Aftab Talayee Persian’s industrial production facility in Noor Industrial Town (Fardis, Alborz Province), while the brand’s dedicated commercial office ("Avocado House") operates in Tehran. Products are distributed nationwide across Iran through the parent company's FMCG distribution network, supported by a multilingual digital presence in Persian, English, Arabic, and German.
