About Jahan Nama Group
Jahan Nama is a vertically integrated poultry group established in Golestan Province in 2007. Its operations began with poultry-feed production at the Pegah Jahan Nama plant in Aq Qala Industrial Estate and subsequently expanded into breeder farming, day-old chick production, broiler farming, slaughtering, portioning and distribution. This structure connects several consecutive stages of the chicken-meat supply chain within one operating network.
Pegah Jahan Nama is responsible for the group’s prepared poultry-feed operations. Its published feed range addresses different production stages, supported by quality-control laboratories and chemical and microbiological testing. Prepared feed and day-old chicks, alongside chicken meat, form the group’s commercial offering to poultry farms and other professional customers.
The group identifies Gildaneh Jahan Nama as the operator responsible for breeder and broiler farming, together with poultry slaughtering, portioning and processing. Its farming network includes company-owned and partner farms, while its industrial slaughterhouse is located near Gorgan. Connecting these operations supports coordination between flock planning, feed supply, live-bird transport and finished-product preparation.
Finished poultry products are marketed under the Katik brand, including whole chicken, chicken portions and edible offal in fresh and frozen formats. Hirkan Tarabar Jahan Nama’s specialized transport fleet supports movement between production stages and delivery to market. Jahan Nama therefore serves the professional poultry supply chain, while Katik provides the consumer-facing identity for the group’s finished products.
