About Jovain Agro-Industrial Company
Jovain Agro-Industrial Company is an Iranian agricultural and manufacturing business established in 1976 in Razavi Khorasan Province. Originally centred on sugar production, the company has expanded into citric acid, crop cultivation, seed production and livestock farming. Its operations around Neqab connect agricultural production with industrial processing.
The Jovain sugar factory processes sugar beet into white sugar. Molasses and beet pulp are also part of its output, serving industrial and animal-feed supply chains. This business places Jovain within the upstream supply network for manufacturers and bulk buyers of agricultural ingredients.
Citric acid is another part of the company’s industrial portfolio. Its dedicated plant lists both monohydrate and anhydrous citric acid, an ingredient used in food and beverage manufacturing, including acidity regulation. Together, the sugar and citric acid operations form a substantial part of Jovain’s food-ingredient offering.
The agricultural division lists wheat, barley, rapeseed, sugar beet, maize and seed crops among its activities. Livestock farming, milk production and animal-feed production further extend the company’s operations. This combination gives Jovain a presence across several stages of the food supply chain, from farming to the production of industrial ingredients.
