Noosheen

Noosheen is an Iranian confectionery and bakery brand originating in Lahijan, Gilan. Its founder, Mohammad Ali Beglari, began making traditional pastries and koloocheh in 1949, with products sold under the Noosheen name from 1953. This heritage connects the brand with Lahijan’s koloocheh tradition and the city’s wider confectionery culture.

The brand’s products are manufactured by Noosheen Fard Production Company, established in 1974 as the business developed from traditional production into industrial manufacturing. Its production facility is located in Lahijan Industrial Town, maintaining the brand’s geographical connection with its place of origin.

Koloocheh remains central to Noosheen’s product identity, alongside a broader range of cookies, cakes, wafers, biscuits, chocolate products, tea and Sheen Roll products presented on its official website. The koloocheh range includes walnut, coconut and cocoa varieties, while the wider portfolio extends the brand’s activities across several packaged confectionery and sweet-snack categories.
