Pakban is an Iranian dairy brand produced by Pakban Food Industries Group. The manufacturer operates within Hotro Group, also known as Kourosh Agriculture and Industry Development, and the wider Golrang Industrial Group. Within the manufacturer’s brand portfolio, Pakban focuses on dairy products, while Maxito and Besto operate as separate brands.
Pakban’s range includes milk, flavoured milk, yogurt, cheese, cream, butter, doogh and kashk. Its milk portfolio covers both UHT and extended shelf life (ESL) products, alongside chocolate and banana-flavoured milk. Plain, stirred, Persian shallot and probiotic yogurts broaden the range across different pack sizes and purchasing needs.
The brand also supplies dairy powders for professional and industrial use. These include skimmed milk powder, whey powder, whey protein concentrate and permeate powder. This ingredient range extends Pakban’s commercial activities beyond packaged consumer dairy into the supply of raw materials for food manufacturing. Consumer products and industrial ingredients therefore represent two distinct parts of the brand’s business.
The manufacturer’s production facility is located in Koohsar, Alborz Province, with laboratory, quality control, quality assurance, research and development, and cold-storage functions supporting its operations. Administrative, sales and distribution teams are based in Garmdareh. Dedicated sales channels serve retail distribution, chain stores, hotels, restaurants and cafés, as well as institutional and bulk customers.
