Poolad Pooyesh

Poolad Pooyesh, legally registered as Poolad Pooyesh Plastic Parts Co., is a plastic packaging manufacturer within Poolad Industrial Group. Its operations developed in the early 2000s around PET bottle preform production and subsequently expanded through investment in manufacturing facilities and a broader packaging offering. The company identifies its Parand factory and Tehran head office as its principal operating locations. Within the food and beverage industry, its role is to supply packaging that aligns container specifications with the product and the requirements of the production line.

The company’s published offering encompasses PET bottle and jar preforms, thin-wall containers with in-mould labelling capabilities, and bottle caps and handles. These packaging categories serve applications across beverages, dairy, confectionery, nuts, dates and prepared foods. Variations in weight, neck finish, volume and shape support different applications, while IML integrates the container’s visual presentation into the moulding process.

Poolad Pooyesh describes an engineering service that begins with understanding customer requirements and assessing production conditions. This extends to product design, material selection, prototyping and functional testing, supported by pilot-mould design and manufacture. The work focuses on packaging suitability, weight and cost optimisation, and performance assessment before production. It connects packaging development with both manufacturing requirements and packaging economics.

For industrial customers, the company also offers packaging selection advice, assistance with production-line adjustment and technical visits to investigate operating problems. Raw-material and finished-product testing form part of its stated technical capabilities. Together, manufacturing, engineering and customer support underpin its work with domestic and export customers, extending its role beyond container supply to technical cooperation with food and beverage producers.
