Shayna is a specialized Iranian brand focused on the processing and packaging of jujube (annab) and jujube-derived food products, owned and operated by Annab Sazan Shayna Shargh Co. (Private Joint Stock). Officially registered in January 2016 in Birjand, South Khorasan Province (Registration No. 5536, National ID 14006720340), the company was established to develop value-added processing and standardized hygienic packaging for South Khorasan’s strategic jujube crop.

The Shayna product portfolio encompasses sorted and packaged dried jujube (both snack-grade and medicinal-grade), natural fruit powders (jujube powder, jujube seed powder, date powder, and oleaster-date powder blends), jujube-based herbal infusions (such as jujube and cardamom tea), traditional pastries, barberries (zereshk), and saffron. The brand’s flagship product line is Jujube Cubes (Habbeh Annab)—pressed, sugar-free natural snack cubes made from milled jujube fruit, available in 10 flavors: plain (pure jujube), cinnamon, ginger, barberry, oleaster (senjed), mulberry, date, apricot, damask rose, and cocoa, packaged in 160 g, 225 g, 500 g, and 1 kg formats as well as gift boxes.

The company’s manufacturing facility is located in Shahid Rahmani Industrial Town in Khusf County (near Birjand, Iran's primary jujube-growing region), while its central commercial and sales office operates out of Mashhad. Annab Sazan Shayna Shargh holds industrial operation licenses, a national patent for jujube cube processing, and health approvals from the Iran Food and Drug Administration (IFDA), distributing its products nationwide through direct factory channels and retail representatives.
