About Somayeh
Somayeh is an Iranian food brand whose business began in 1980 with lemon juice, followed by pasteurised liquid kashk, a traditional dairy ingredient used in Iranian cooking. The brand is manufactured by Somayeh Food Products Company at its factory in Safadasht Industrial Estate, Malard. Its development has centred on ingredients and everyday foods used in Iranian cuisine.
The range presented on Somayeh’s website includes kashk, lemon juice, sour grape juice, vinegar, pomegranate molasses, herbal distillates, sekanjabin syrup, ash noodles, traditional cooking fats and canned foods. Kashk is available in glass jars, cups and easy-pack formats, while selected condiments come in single-portion or larger packs.
With Kashkam, Somayeh has extended kashk beyond cooking into a crunchy dairy snack. The range includes classic, qareh qurut, shallot, chilli and cheddar flavours, complementing the brand’s cooking ingredients.
Alongside serving household consumers, Somayeh provides contact channels for trade customers through its Tehran and Alborz sales teams and sales representative unit. The company’s head office is in Tehran, with a dedicated customer service channel for consumer enquiries.
