About Tumanak
Tumanak is an Iranian dried-herb brand associated with Banian Sabz Afarin Food Industries Group. It focuses on preparing and supplying packaged dried herbs for cooking, with a range comprising individual herbs and blends developed for specific dishes.
The individual range includes mint, dill, parsley, coriander, tarragon, summer savory, Persian leek, fenugreek, spinach, beet greens, and green and purple basil. These products offer individual ingredients for cooking or for making a preferred herb mixture.
Another part of the range consists of blends named after Iranian dishes. These include mixtures for ash soup, ghormeh sabzi, herb rice, dolmeh, koofteh and kuku. The brand also lists blends for soup, ghalieh mahi, morgh torsh, and stuffed chicken or fish.
Tumanak’s identity centres on dried culinary herbs and their use in cooking. Alongside individual products and dish-specific blends, it offers selections of several herb packs, bringing together ingredients used across different recipes.
