Haraz

Haraz is an Iranian dairy brand launched in August 2007 by Doosheh Amol Dairy Company. Its production base is located in the Emamzadeh Abdollah Industrial Estate in Amol, Mazandaran. The brand’s origins are closely connected to northern Iran and its food traditions, while Haraz retains a distinct commercial identity within the Doosheh group.

The brand’s published portfolio includes milk, yogurt, doogh, cream, butter, cheese and kashk, a concentrated fermented dairy ingredient used in Iranian cooking. Its yogurt range covers plain, stirred, strained and savoury varieties, extending the portfolio from everyday dairy staples to products served as accompaniments to meals.

Vegetable and herb yogurts are a recognisable part of Haraz’s product offering. Varieties featuring spinach, eggplant, shallots, cucumber and dalal—a northern Iranian herb mixture—bring familiar culinary combinations into packaged formats. Its doogh range, a savoury yogurt drink, also includes mint, pennyroyal, Persian hogweed and dalal flavours.

Manufacturing in Amol and distribution through the Doosheh network provide the commercial foundation for the brand.
