About Iran Industrial Enzymes Co.
Iran Industrial Enzymes Co. has supplied ingredients to the Iranian food industry since 1990, with a particular focus on dairy processing. Founded by Hassan Momenin, the company combines manufacturing and trading activities across cheese-making ingredients, starter cultures, specialist enzymes and milk-testing products.
Rennet and dairy starter cultures form a core part of its portfolio, serving producers of cheese, yoghurt, doogh and other fermented milk products. The range also includes lactase for low-lactose and lactose-free dairy production, alongside transglutaminase for applications involving protein structure and product texture.
The company also supplies products for milk quality control and processing support. These include test kits for antibiotic residues and aflatoxin in milk, as well as food-grade antifoams. Its testing products serve dairy plants and milk collection centres, while antifoams are used to control foam during processing.
With a factory in Semnan Industrial Estate and an office in Tehran, the company operates across both domestic production and ingredient supply. Its manufacturing activities include rennet tablets marketed under the Enzymaks and Rennilase names, complemented by imported specialist ingredients for dairy production, product development and quality control.
