About KFF Mills
Khoosheh Fars Flour Mills (KFF Mills) is one of the largest and most technologically advanced milling complexes in Iran and the broader Middle East, specializing in industrial and functional flours. Established in 1972 and officially commissioned in 1975, the company has undergone three major infrastructural expansions. Today, operating under the leadership of Mehrzad Jamshidi, and boasting an annual milling capacity of 245,000 tons alongside a grain storage capacity of 120,000 tons, KFF Mills plays a highly strategic role in national food security and serves as a primary B2B supplier for major food manufacturing and bakery industries across the country.
The product portfolio of KFF Mills comprises 35 types of specialized flours, meticulously formulated based on rheological specifications to meet diverse industrial requirements. This extensive range includes base flours for traditional and industrial artisan breads, specialized flours for large-scale cake, cookie, and biscuit manufacturers, pasta and macaroni flours, formulations for baby food, wheat germ and samanu flours, base flours for starch and gluten extraction, and industrially fortified flours. To accommodate various scales of manufacturing, these products are distributed in bulk (via bunkers), 40kg and 25kg industrial sacks, as well as 5kg and sub-1kg retail packaging.
The company's massive milling plant and advanced rheology laboratories span over 33,000 square meters in Shiraz, while its central commercial headquarters operates out of Tehran. Supported by formidable grain logistics and storage infrastructure across northern and southern Iran—including 35,000 tons of dedicated silo capacity at Amirabad Port—KFF Mills not only leads the domestic market but has also been consistently recognized as a top national exporter, supplying premium functional flours to clients across multiple continents.
