Kourosh Food industry is a branch of the Golrang Industrial Group and started operations in 2001 under the name “Golbarg Baharan.” The main goals of this company included business development and entering the food industry. Since its establishment, the company has produced a variety of products that are marketed under the brands “Oila,” “Famila,” and “Kimball.”

Initially, production began by outsourcing unused factory capacities in the country. Then, in 2013, the company purchased and launched its first factory in Heidariyeh Industrial Town in Qazvin Province. A year later, the Kourosh Food Industry factory project began in Eshtehard Industrial Town. Currently, production takes place in two factories located in Eshtehard and Takestan. Additionally, to complete the supply chain and achieve quality and economic goals, storage tanks with 36,000-ton capacity were built in Imam Khomeini Port in 2016.

From 2016 onwards, the oil products unit was separated from Golbarg Baharan Cultivation and Industry and managed by Kourosh Food Industry Company. With around 500 employees, this company has continued producing food products since early 2017. One key achievement is the production of specialty oils like palm-free frying oil, which was offered to Iranian consumers for the first time. With an innovative approach and focus on health, the company strives to provide high-quality and diverse products.
