Mahya Protein is an Iranian meat and poultry processing brand specializing in the sourcing, cutting, processing, and hygienic packaging of protein products, owned and operated by Mahya Protein Co. (Private Joint Stock). Officially established in 2002 (Registration No. 215263, National ID 10102566450), the company began its operations focusing on packaged red meat before expanding its production lines to include poultry, turkey, seafood, and marinated ready-to-cook meat products.

The brand’s product portfolio spans both retail consumer packs and bulk foodservice (HORECA) formats across fresh and frozen categories. Its core product lines include beef and lamb cuts (minced meat, stew cubes, steaks, striploin, tenderloin, shank, and neck), chicken and turkey cuts (breast, thigh, fillet, and wings), marinated ready-to-cook items (saffron, sour, Lari, yogurt-marinated, and spicy chicken kebabs, as well as beef fillet and shishlik kebabs), further-processed convenience foods (burgers, minced kebabs, nuggets, and schnitzels), packaged seafood (fish and shrimp), and edible offal.

Mahya Protein’s industrial processing plant is located in Kharazmi Industrial Town (Pakdasht, Tehran Province), equipped with automated cutting, freezing, and Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) lines as well as quality control laboratories. Supported by a dedicated cold-chain logistics fleet, the company distributes its products nationwide to chain stores, hypermarkets, and institutional kitchens, while also operating direct-to-consumer retail butcheries in Tehran.
