About Manizan
Manizan is the dairy brand of Bahar Dalahoo Dairy & Livestock Products Co., an Iranian manufacturer established in 1994 in Kermanshah Province. Its production complex is located in Badrei, near Eslamabad-e Gharb, where the company manufactures dairy products for household consumption.
The Manizan range includes milk, yoghurt, cheese, doogh and cream. Products come in different pack sizes and fat levels to suit everyday drinking, breakfast and cooking. Bottled milk, ultrafiltered cheese and a selection of yoghurts form part of the brand’s core offering.
The portfolio also includes low-fat lactose-free milk and Vitamast probiotic yoghurt. Alongside these products, Manizan offers Kermanshahi ghee, a clarified butter associated with the culinary traditions of western Iran and used in Iranian cooking.
Bahar Dalahoo has expanded its manufacturing operations through the development of pasteurised milk, yoghurt and cheese production lines. The company’s published history also records Manizan’s expansion into Tehran and its entry into the Iraqi market, tracing the brand’s development from its manufacturing base in Kermanshah to domestic and export markets.
