Pamin Industrial Group developed around egg processing and has expanded into a broader portfolio of food manufacturing, distribution and commercial activities. Initial studies began in 2004, followed by the official opening of its egg-processing factory in Tabriz’s Ostad Aalinasab Industrial Town on February 18, 2008. Egg ingredients remain a core part of Pamin’s operations. Its portfolio includes pasteurized liquid whole egg, egg white and egg yolk, alongside whole egg powder, egg white powder and egg yolk powder. Pars Aylin Mehr, one of the group’s principal companies, operates in this field. These products serve food manufacturers and professional users in applications such as cakes, confectionery, bakery products and sauces. The group also supplies confectionery cream and sweetened minarine under the AnaSun brand, extending its offering to professional cake and pastry production.

Alongside its industrial products, Pamin manages brands serving distinct consumer and professional markets. EiDo offers dough products including yufka, baklava pastry, puff pastry, samosa pastry and pizza dough, with mozzarella pizza cheese also featured in the group’s current portfolio. Epak covers products such as food stock and plant-based cutlet mixes, while DrSun focuses on protein supplements and sports nutrition. This range connects the group with food factories, pastry businesses, foodservice operators and household consumers.
