Pech Pech

Pech Pech is an Iranian croissant and packaged bakery brand manufactured by Notrika Golden Wheat. Its documented Persian trademark history dates back to 2004, preceding the incorporation of its current manufacturer in 2015. The brand’s history therefore needs to be distinguished from that of the legal entity producing it.

Filled croissants form the core of the range. Cocoa, hazelnut and strawberry fillings sit alongside combinations featuring milk cream, with products offered in classic, double, mini and multipack formats. Milk-filled strudel also appears in the published product range. Variations in filling and pack format are central to the way Pech Pech develops its offering.

Notrika Golden Wheat operates a manufacturing facility in Safadasht Industrial City. The company also markets cakes under the Happy name, making its overall manufacturing portfolio broader than the Pech Pech range alone. Keeping these brand identities separate gives trade buyers a clearer understanding of Pech Pech’s focus and the products associated with it.

For distributors and retail buyers, a packaged croissant is assessed through more than its flavour. Layered texture, softness, the balance between dough and filling, and performance throughout the stated shelf life are relevant category considerations. Pech Pech’s classic, mini and multipack formats also provide different options for shelf assortment and consumption occasions.
