Schwan Group Parseh manufactures stabilizer systems, emulsifiers and specialty premixes for food manufacturers. The company began its manufacturing activities in 2019, building on earlier experience in ingredient sourcing and supply. With its head office in Tehran and manufacturing facility in Fajr Industrial Town, Garmsar, Schwan develops ingredient systems for industrial applications across dairy, ice cream, beverages, processed meat, sauces and other food categories.
Research and development is organized into three specialist divisions: Dairy & Beverage; Meat; and Health, Bakery & Confectionery. Supported by dedicated formulation teams and laboratories, this structure enables application development around the requirements of each sector. The process begins with an assessment of the customer’s product, ingredients and equipment, followed by formulation design, sample preparation, production trials and adjustment. This approach focuses on matching ingredient performance to actual processing conditions and the intended characteristics of the finished food.
The company’s manufacturing activities include ingredient mixing and blending to produce functional systems for texture, viscosity, stability and other food characteristics. Its quality control activities cover incoming raw materials, finished products, production equipment and processing operations. Packaging and loading are also included in the stated control procedures. Schwan’s technical services extend beyond ingredient supply to on-site assistance, production staff training, formulation optimization and troubleshooting.
