Shiravaran is the pizza and piroshki dough brand of Gandomak Toos Co. Its manufacturer began operating in 2000 and is based in Toos Industrial Estate, Mashhad. Automated dough production has been central to the company’s development, supporting the supply of packaged dough products for home cooking and professional food preparation.

For pizza preparation, Shiravaran presents different formats and formulations suited to a range of cooking styles. These include regular and mini plain pizza bases, French-style and thyme-flavored products, and thin Italian-style raw dough. Differences in size, thickness and flavor allow customers to select a base according to their preferred cooking method and serving format.

Piroshki dough forms another core area of the brand’s activity.
