Talagene is a specialized Iranian brand active in the processing, packaging, and distribution of caviar and seafood products, operated under Etminan Abzi Iranian Co. (Limited Liability). Officially registered in February 2019 in Tehran (Registration No. 537534, National ID 14008139744) and founded by Dr. Sahel Soltan Karimi, a specialist in aquaculture and caviar metabolites, the brand was established to supply export-grade Iranian caviar to both domestic and global markets.

The Talagene product portfolio centers on authentic Iranian sturgeon caviar across various grades. Its primary offerings include Beluga Caviar (Imperial and Royal grades), Osetra / Astra Caviar (Persian sturgeon), and Baerii Caviar (Siberian sturgeon), packaged in standard 25 g, 30 g, 50 g, and 100 g tins as well as three-variety tasting sets and luxury gift boxes. Alongside its core caviar lines, the brand also offers Norwegian salmon, specialized caviar serving accessories (such as mother-of-pearl spoons), and caviar-extract skincare products.

In terms of quality control and distribution, Talagene’s caviar products are antibiotic-free and undergo veterinary and health inspections prior to packaging. To maintain cold-chain integrity during domestic fulfillment, orders are dispatched in insulated thermal bags equipped with ice packs. According to official company disclosures, alongside its domestic retail and B2B operations in Iran, Etminan Abzi Iranian Co. exports aquatic and caviar products to more than 15 countries, including Italy, France, Switzerland, Denmark, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Australia, and Canada.
