Topis is an Iranian savoury-snack brand manufactured by ShahdPak Food Industries in Mashhad. The company's current industrial operation developed during the mid-2010s, with its manufacturing facility on the Mashhad–Quchan corridor serving as the principal production and packaging site for the brand. Topis has developed around a diversified portfolio of potato-based, cereal-based and extruded snack products.

The current range spans potato chips, extruded snacks, sticks, pellets, popcorn and croutons. Its potato-chip portfolio includes flavours such as original salted, chilli, ketchup, salt and vinegar, French cheese, tandoori, cucumber and mint, and lemon, while the wider portfolio includes cheese snacks, ring and butterfly-shaped snacks, flavoured sticks, popcorn and several crouton varieties. This gives Topis a presence across several major segments of the savoury-snack category rather than relying on a single product format.

Products are processed and packed at ShahdPak Food Industries' manufacturing complex on the Mashhad–Quchan Road. According to the company's official materials, its operating model includes sourcing potatoes suitable for chip production from domestic growers, mechanised production and packaging lines, and laboratory-based quality control. Combining sliced potato chips with extruded snacks, pellets, popcorn and croutons also requires the plant to manage several technically different processing systems within the same broader portfolio.

From a manufacturing perspective, consistent savoury-snack quality begins well before seasoning. In potato chips, variety, dry-matter content, reducing sugars, slice thickness, frying conditions and oil quality all influence colour, texture and oil uptake. Extruded snacks and pellets, by contrast, depend more heavily on raw-material formulation, moisture, temperature, pressure and expansion behaviour.
