At Novaran Ideh Pardaz Verna, we embraced these changes alongside industry leaders. Our innovative approach allowed us to explore nature’s gifts and introduce a sustainable, healthy, and nutritious alternative to animal-based proteins.
We took a bold step by launching the first-ever plant-based egg replacement protein powder in Iran and the Middle East under the brand Nivegg. Our powder not only serves as an excellent substitute for eggs in functionality and application but also closely matches their nutritional value and content, meeting the protein needs with this new alternative.
With the support of experts from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and the Iranian Nutrition Research Institute’s Innovation Center, we have access to specialized facilities and research capabilities. This collaboration ensures that we continually improve our products and provide better options to our consumers every day.
