Lina Company was founded in 2008 to improve production standards in the food industry. In the early 90s, Lina’s owners entered the market by purchasing a Snack production factory to implement their plans. After purchasing 16,000 square meters of land, they officially established the Lina Nik Company. The Lina founder initially tried to produce snacks without trans fats using natural colors. As a result, the company was able to offer the world’s first snacks with probiotic properties (ProLina).
It is interesting to know that Lina Group initially failed with a product called “Lina Loobia” (Lina Bean) because, at that time, people were used to snacks with artificial and vibrant colors. But this product used natural colors and was paler than other samples. Eventually, Lina managers had to withdraw Lina Loobia from the market despite its significance to Lina Company’s history. Later on, they offered healthier snacks by adding natural ingredients like red paprika.
Lina Industries strives to provide enthusiasts with unique flavor experiences. In line with this, the company’s vision is to produce various quality snack foods from high-quality natural ingredients that create joyful, memorable moments for consumers.
