Ard Tavakol

Tavakol Flour Food Group was officially founded in 1986 under the name Tavakol Rafsanjan Food Production Company and the brand name Sanjan Flour. This company produces different types of flour. The late Mr. Habibollah Nakhaei started this food group in 1950; he began his activity locally in the Rafsanjan area by creating flour using water and stone mills and built his factory in 1971. In 1996, this company’s factory underwent significant development and reached an annual production of 140 thousand tons. In 2012, a 50 thousand-ton mechanized wheat silo was built for this food group, and this silo became operational in 2014. The new silo provided the possibility of growth and development for this primary food group to a considerable extent. Currently, the land area of this company’s factory is 4 hectares; this 36-year experienced factory manufactures 10 products in 140 thousand tons per year.

Goals and Vision

Tavakol Flour Food Group has Swiss Bühler milling machines, German Brabender Foss, and French Chopin laboratory equipment. This equipment has increased production, productivity, and the overall quality of the company’s products and has brought more customer satisfaction. Currently, it is working to improve quality and quantity with short-term and long-term goals. Currently, this factory, with Bühler Swiss production line technology & diagram, an equipped laboratory, and the presence of a research and development team, can produce different types of flour with the highest quality and according to a customer request in the specialized form. The laboratory of this company also acts as a quality unit in three stages of microbial, chemical, and physical for all quality items and rheology of flour in the best way and using equipped devices and under the supervision of expert specialists. The research and development unit of Tavakol Flour Food Group also has valuable and continuous activity in developing the technology of Iran’s flour and bread industry.
