Sahar Bread began operations in 1971 as a Ciabatta bread bakery called “Sahar Ciabatta Bread Bakery.” Since then, Sahar Bread has become a pioneer in Iran’s bread industry by improving quality and diversifying production. Major milestones in Sahar Bread’s history include establishing connections with international bread manufacturing companies in European countries and efforts to reduce the waste of thick and semi-thick bread. These efforts were made to revolutionize the bread industry and improve production processes. Today, the Sahar Bread Industrial Group operates in four areas: Sahar Pokht Advancement Industries, Samin Sahar Bread Company, Sahar Bread Company, and Sahar University of Applied Sciences.
