About Nanavaran
Nanavaran is an Iranian industrial bread and packaged bakery brand whose production operations began in Tehran in 2000. Its products are manufactured by Nanavaran Saboos Co. The business developed through Alireza Morovatpour’s work and the Morovatpour family’s background in baking, connecting an established family trade with industrial bakery production.
The range includes sliced bread, bran and grain breads, barley and protein breads, packaged lavash, baguettes, hamburger buns and hot-dog rolls. Dry breads and rusks sit alongside sweet bakery products such as croissants, gata, strudels and cakes. These categories serve everyday household consumption as well as sandwich preparation and foodservice applications.
Grains, bran and sourdough have been recurring themes in Nanavaran’s product development. In 2025, the brand introduced sliced bread made with 100% whole-wheat flour, adding another option alongside its white and bran-based breads. This development broadens the range through differences in flour composition and formulation.
Nanavaran combines industrial manufacturing with the sale and distribution of packaged bakery products in Tehran and other Iranian cities. Its range is organized around both composition and use: sliced and grain breads for everyday meals, rolls and buns for prepared food, and sweet bakery products for breakfast and snacking.
