Noosheen Pastry Company was founded in 1974 in Lahijan. This company operates in a 15,000 square meter land area, with over 2,000 square meters of infrastructure, and employs over 500 personnel. The company is registered under Noosheen Fard but operates under the Noosheen brand name. The foundations of this company were laid in 1953 by Mohammad Ali Beglari, who traditionally produced Lahijan cakes and pastries. Japan manufactured the first pastry production machinery in the world with advanced technology specifically for Noosheen. This has led to Noosheen being recognized as the founder of the pastry production industry in Iran and the world. The application of cake and Lahijan pastry baking tunnels was another revolution that Noosheen introduced for fully automated pastry production, hence introducing Lahijan as the city of Noosheen pastry in Iran and the world. The creation of cookie pastries was one of Noosheen’s early innovations.
The professional and experienced managers of this complex, relying on state-of-the-art knowledge and using the latest technologies, have sought diversity in production and have been able to implement their development plans quickly. Currently, Noosheen’s products in the form of various Lahijan cakes and pastries are exported to countries like Canada, Australia, Sweden, England, Germany, and some other European countries, packaged according to international regulations of the destination country. Also, this company’s products are exported to neighboring countries such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, most Southeast Asian countries, and Persian Gulf states.
