Sanjabak is an Iranian brand specialising in processed and packaged nuts, edible seeds and dried fruit. Its products are supplied by Sedaghat Foroozan Iranian Co., with manufacturing operations based at the Morcheh Khort Industrial Estate in Isfahan Province. The brand’s range combines familiar nut and seed products with a variety of flavoured alternatives.
The product portfolio includes sunflower, pumpkin and watermelon seeds, peanuts, pistachios, pistachio kernels and mixed nuts. Dried sour cherries and other dried fruit also form part of the range. Sunflower seeds are offered in classic and unsalted varieties, alongside flavours such as lemon, yogurt with mint and rose, and onion with parsley. Together, these categories cover both traditional snack varieties and products developed around different flavour combinations.
Sanjabak’s published production process begins with raw-material assessment, including microbiological and chemical testing. Subsequent stages include cleaning, processing, flavouring and packaging, with specialist oversight throughout production.
