The Mahram brand started its work in 1970 by producing mayonnaise sauce in Iran and managed to spread the culture of using various sauces, seasonings, and food additives in the country. “Shahrokh Zahiri” founded the Mahram factory. Currently, a board of directors manages the Mahram production group. The CEO of Mahram Co. is currently “Pirouz Malekzadeh”.
Following the innovations in producing semi-finished food industries, various sauces, seasonings, and food additives in the 70s, several entrepreneurs entered the competition. They established factories relying on the latest world technologies. These entrepreneurs aimed to create a transformation and revolution in Iran’s food industry and provide the best quality based on Iranians’ tastes and preferences. One of these successful companies that continues its work and is one of the most successful sauce, additive, and seasoning production brands in Iran is the Mahram factory, which started its work in 1970 as one of the first mayonnaise sauce producers in the country.
Although the Mahram brand started its work with sauce production, and most people know this company as Mahram Sauce Company, over time, it has been able to increase production and, in addition to mayonnaise sauce, start producing various ketchup sauces, various pickles, and other seasonings. Currently, the Mahram brand is one of the most famous Iranian brands and one of the top 100 brands in the country. It produces diverse products covering all tastes and food habits, from vegetarians to people sensitive to gluten, and has exclusive products for every lifestyle.
The brand factory of Mahram, which was converted into a public joint stock company in 1996, is currently located in Alborz Industrial Town, Qazvin province, and has an area of 11,000 square meters. Other factories such as Limondis, Mahban, Senoos, and Afarin Beh Gol are subsidiaries of the Mahram brand.
As one of Iran’s top 100 brands, Mahram currently exports products to many countries worldwide while focusing on innovation in production. This company is constantly developing new products for all tastes, and according to the chairman of this complex, it “is not satisfied with the minimums.”
That is why Mahram was the first Iranian brand to start producing eggless mayonnaise for vegans and low-fat sauce for professional athletes to fulfill its slogan of paying attention to all tastes. Other visions of Mahram are using the latest scientific findings to produce higher-quality products and understanding the global food culture for further innovation.
