The Benis Cake and Pastry factory has operated traditionally for years, producing cakes and pastries. Haj Biyuk Rasoulovi founded Dorna Cake and Pastry, Nilo Cake and Pastry, and finally, Benis Cake and Pastry factory. Benis Cake and Pastry Factory was officially established in 1383 (2004) in the village of Benis, East Azerbaijan Province, under the Aras Par Benis Company. The company started its activity by producing various sponge cakes, biscuits, and chocolates on 27,000 square meters of land. With modern equipment, a skilled workforce, years of experience, and knowledge, Benis has strived to supply the best and highest quality products. More than 2,500 people work directly in the Benis factory, which has branches throughout Iran and other countries.
