About Makimah
MAKIMAH is an Iranian processed meat brand manufactured by Makian Mah Radin Shargh. Production began on a pilot basis in 2005–2006, followed by the establishment of an industrial facility in Phase One of Mashhad’s Toos Industrial Estate in 2011–2012. The company’s official profile identifies the business as part of the Etemadi manufacturing and trading group.
Its product range includes handmade sausages, hot dogs, cocktail sausages, deli meats, salami, burgers and roast beef. European-style varieties such as frankfurters, kabanossi, chorizo and Krakow sausages feature alongside beef, chicken and turkey deli meats and pastrami. This breadth of styles is a central feature of MAKIMAH’s product offering.
The company expanded its production infrastructure in 2019–2020 with an additional facility incorporating chilled storage, frozen storage and freezing equipment. Its technical development has involved European meat-processing machinery and specialist expertise, including German technician Werner Balzer. Commercial contact offices are located in Mashhad and Tehran, alongside the manufacturing operation in Toos Industrial Estate.
MAKIMAH’s catalogue also includes boxed and bulk burgers and a dedicated restaurant product category. These formats give professional buyers several ways to assess the range according to product type, preparation requirements and purchasing format, spanning speciality sausages, cooked meats and frozen products for commercial kitchens.
