Shana is an Iranian food brand operated by Negin Shana Food Industries. Established in Karaj in 1973, the business has focused primarily on jam and fruit preserve production. Its factory is located in the Baghestan district of Karaj, and its range spans fruit preserves, breakfast products and canned foods.
Shana’s jam range includes carrot, sour cherry, strawberry, raspberry, fig, quince and citron, alongside floral varieties such as rose and orange blossom. Jams and fruit spreads form the core of the brand’s portfolio, with uses ranging from breakfast accompaniments to ingredients for desserts and pastries.
The range is available in several pack sizes, including 285 g, 310 g, 570 g and 840 g, as well as single-serving portions. These formats accommodate different consumption needs, from household use to individual breakfast service in hospitality settings.
