The initial sales of this company’s products began through the Shahrvand chain stores. Today, the products of this company are distributed daily to chain stores such as Shahrvand and various large hypermarkets. The use of state-of-the-art equipment and advanced global technology assists this company in producing unique and exceptional products. This company’s machinery is supplied by the Turkish company Enkomak, which is one of the largest specialized bread and pastry machinery manufacturers.

Barekat Viona produces various baguettes, industrial bread, diet bread, cakes, and pastries. Barekat Viona’s products are divided into three main groups:  

Bread  

The breads produced at Viona include various industrial breads. The production of fancy bread, including baguettes, toast, sweet bread, barley bread, various diet bread, etc., is the specialty of Barekat Viona.   

Pastry  

The company also produces and supplies various traditional Iranian and non-Iranian pastries. These products include various layered fermented and non-fermented pastries, cakes, diet pastries, and molded cakes.  

Pastries with Cream

The production of various Pastries with Cream is also part of Barekat Viona’s scope. These pastries include figurine cakes, desserts, mousse, and famous domestic and foreign pastries with cream. It is possible to place custom orders for pastries, but these products are sold out of stores.  

Brands  

The company operates under the main commercial brand name of Barekat Bread, and its products are also marketed under this brand.

To ensure customer health and improve the quality level of its products, Barekat Viona has succeeded in receiving the HACCP certificate and the business license in its path of growth and successful advancement.
