Haj Abdollah is an Iranian pashmak and confectionery brand with roots in Tabriz. The business grew out of the Rouhi family’s traditional production of pashmak and ice cream, which the company dates to 1955. Manufacturing later moved to an industrial scale, with production expanding at Etminan Azar Gol’s present site in Shahid Salimi Industrial Town from 2000.
Pashmak remains the brand’s defining product. Its range includes fine-strand, bite-size and coated varieties in a selection of retail and gift packs. The Haj Abdollah website also presents nougat, lokum, wafers and cakes. Ice cream produced by the wider company is marketed under other brand names and is distinct from the Haj Abdollah pashmak brand.
The business lists sales offices across Iran and has participated in international food trade exhibitions.
